To position The Ogilvie for commercial success, we crafted a unique brand identity for each of the four asset classes — medical/consulting, childcare, studio apartments, and the two hospitality tenancies — including naming, logo systems, imagery direction, and full brand guidelines. This extended into the design and production of luxury digital and print brochures, an interactive ROI website, a full-scale development website with downloadable floor plans, site hoarding design, bespoke location maps, and carefully crafted copy across all collateral. The result was a cohesive, premium campaign that helped drive interest and ultimately achieve a complete sellout of the project.
